Giorgio Armani Beauty’s digital team was looking to iterate and improve upon a foundation finder concept that their global team had been working on by re-examining its user flow, visual design and UI design.

Our team had a ton of initial ideas for the next iteration, but before diving in we conducted usability testing on the existing concept. From this exercise we were able to identify a set of key user challenges that we needed to address in our next iteration. Our team simplified the user flow and the interface design, creating an intuitive and easy-to-use tool for shoppers. Shoppers can either take a short quiz or enter a competitor's product to receive a matching Giorgio Armani product and shade recommendation.
